若因缺頁或書籍損傷有換書的需求，請於到貨7天內至【我的帳戶】點選退貨申請並於退貨申請網頁填妥相關資料，並將原商品備妥，若需取回商品，宅配將於3-7個工作天內與您電話連絡前往取回（退回之商品將由專櫃商店進行驗收）。
退回之商品應保持原商品完整包裝，外盒勿損毀，請以商店寄送時的原始包裝再原封備妥，若紙箱已遺失，請於商品外盒上再包裝，勿直接讓商品原廠外盒粘貼宅配單或書寫文字，原廠外盒損毀或是商品缺件，將無法受理退貨或視損毀程度折扣退款金額。
退回之書籍商品將由商店進行驗收 商店於收到商品並確認驗收無誤後，將於7個工作天內進行換書流程，當天會發送mail至您的聯絡信箱。
